Technical highlights - Compa Super
Professional Mitre saws are fitted with asynchronous
inducted self-braking engines, that ensure the immediate
stop of the blade whenever the motor is to be turned off. They are also
fitted with a Poly-V section belt
drive that assures a perfect transmission of power without vibrations.
Two aluminium support parapets are secured on the reinforced square
support and they can be replaced in case of damage. The monitoring parapets
are located on the blade’s edge, to avoid flexion of the piece
to cut. There is also a second parapet on the left support, cut at 45°
for cutting with tilted head. A new adjustable
tightening device always allows perfect tightening and avoids
unusual wear of belts and pulleys. An interchangeable aluminium insert
is fixed on the turning table, in the blade contact area. All mitre
saws are shaped in order to direct shavings and dust towards the specific
suction openings. |

Professional single-head mitre saws
- Model 3500 uses a 350 mm (14”)
diameter blade, whereas the model 4000
uses a 400 mm (16”) diameter blade. All models have a turning cutting
unit, which turns on thrust bearings, that can be adjusted around the
vertical pin up to 45° rightwards or leftwards. Adjustable self-centring
cut is also possible: 15° - 22°30’ – 30° - 45°
and 90°. With a specific manual-blocking device, adjustable intermediate
cuts are also possible. The blade holder head can be tilted up to 45°,
also vertically, and only on the left side. The melted aluminium base
has anti-vibration shape and foot, which assure a very good stability
to the mitre saw. The machine can be fitted on the support table with
shutter (Accessory 17, packed and delivered alone), included in all
models (except for model 3500 M, but it can be added as an option on
demand). The support table is fitted with a shelf, that can be taken
down to lodge a professional aspirator (Accessory 27). The machines
are also fitted with rules divided into millimetres on the control squares. Current equipment: blade for aluminium with teeth in Z.96 hard metal. Models 3500 and 4000 are available in three versions M – S – P. |

Professional Double-Head Mitre saws - The name Doublematic
identifies the double-head mitre saws line, ideal for accurate and quick
cuttings, also mass-made, in one cutting on both ends of the material.
The strong structure and some advanced technical devices make the Doublematic
the ideal choice for those firms looking for quality and reliability.
Doublematic mitre saws are characterised
by a fixed cutting unit and a mobile cutting unit: each unit turns on
thrust bearings and can be adjusted around the vertical pin, to make
cuttings up to 45° rightwards and leftwards; it is possible to make
cuttings, adjustable through self-centring blockings, at: 15° -
22°30’ – 30° - 45° and 90°. With a specific
manualblocking device, adjustable intermediate cuttings are also possible.
The blade holder head can be tilted up to 45°, also on the vertical
axis. By sliding the mobile cutting unit, through a wheel, on the two
bars in rectified steel, it is possible to adjust the desired cutting
length. An indicator allows the reading of this length, on a line divided
into millimetres. A push-button panel, on the machine, controls all
cutting operations. Pressing two buttons with bi-manual command, that
assure a safe work, the hydraulic cutting units are gradually lowered
and, at the same time, the vice closing is activated.
